1. Where is my package?
Our packages usually have a delivery time of 6-10 business days. Orders are processed within 24 hours, after which you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to closely monitor your package. We kindly ask you to wait patiently until the full delivery time has elapsed before contacting customer service. Thank you.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace number?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace number. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to receive it. Also, check your spam filter, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a few business days for tracking to be activated.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the Track & Trace number you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery. This can be done on the following page: track & trace.
4. I am not satisfied with my package.
Please contact us and provide an explanation along with pictures or videos of the problem. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
